The suspense is killing me

...waiting for Season 3, that is! I’m putting my thoughts under a cut in order to avoid spoilerage. These are my thoughts, and mine only, and if you want to respond or state your opinion, feel free to click on that “Any questions” link and I’ll moderate.

My theory about Grace: She’ll reluctantly break up with John and try to keep her family together by going back to her husband. Mainly I think this because B.P. (Before the Pandemic), Ali Larter was going to be the lead in a new series, so Rookie showrunners probably didn’t have a plan for her character for s3. BUT of course, things might have changed since the spring!

My theory about Nick Armstrong: The Derians’ gang, who said that if they went down he’s going down, will arrive at Armstrong’s house after John leaves and kill him. This will eliminate anything Nolan and Harper have as evidence of Armstrong’s wrongdoing.

My theory about Nolan: Nolan has no way to explain how the stash in his bedroom wall got there - even if Armstrong had lived, he could lie about the conversation he and Nolan had at Armstrong’s house. Now that Armstrong is dead (see previous theory), Nolan is left “holding the bag”.

My theory about Rosalind Dyer: Chen and Bradford are at the prison to follow up on a report that Nolan came to visit Rosalind. to find out what he and Rosalind talked about. (I don’t think she’s going to tell.)

My theory about Lopez: She’s not pregnant. Her comment in the trailer is a red herring.

Any ideas?

“Follow-Up Day”

Coupla things.

1. Did anyone notice that the Arizona license plate on the Chevelle reads GRAND CAYON STATE?

2. Pete insists on correcting everyone who calls Nolan and him “brothers” - but in the very last scene, Pete says, “Hey man, having a brother cop is pretty sick.”
