If i remember correctly, I'm pretty sure Hank canonically has a foot fetish. There's an episode where Peggy is talking about how theres a small number of men out in the world who like big feet like hers and shes trying to raise that number

The episode you're talking about is THE Peggy foot fetish episode I think? But Hank is totally oblivious to Peggy's feet during, before, and after the episode. Because he just doesn't notice sexy things like that! If anything, it's more likely Bill or Dale have a foot fetish cuz they were looking up Peggy's feet in the first place :P

I do believe that Hank could have some unknowing foot-related kinkiness within him though! There's the Alamo beer recall episode where makes a VERY rare attempt to to seduce Peggy. "I'll get out the foot lotion..."

He likes Peggy, so he likes Peggy feet. But I don't think any feet would get him going. Let alone any woman. Just Peggy! So he would have a Peggy fetish, which includes a Peggy's foot fetish!
