C -- a pairing you have never liked and probably never will -- Wincest. I don't have a problem with it on principle, but I just don't get it.
G -- do you remember your first OTP, if so who was in it -- Harmony. My beautiful bbs.
J -- name a fandom you didn’t care/think about until you saw it all over tumblr -- The Hunger Games.
O -- choose a song at random, which OTP does it remind you of -- Umm... Last Night in Brooklyn by InnerPartySystem reminds me of Puckleberry, and I have absolutely no idea why.
S -- show us an example of your personal headcanon -- I mean, I have a lot of Puckleberry headcanons. But my favorite is the gold starred guitars.
W -- 5 favorite characters from 5 different fandoms -- Rose Tyler (Doctor Who), Claudia Donovan (Warehouse 13), Annie Edison (Community), Cersei Lannister (Game of Thrones), Morgana (Merlin). Can you tell I have a thing for quirky and powerful women?
X -- 3 OTPs from 3 different fandoms -- Doctor/Rose (Doctor Who), Puck/Rachel (Glee), Draco/Hermione (Harry Potter)
Y -- a fandom you’re in but have no ships from -- Game of Thrones. Except for Viserys/Eternal Happiness, but, you know, that one sort of failed me.
Z -- just ramble about something fan-related -- Oh god, I don't even know what to say. Umm... Well, I was actually thinking the other day, and it really just bothers me a lot when showrunners or authors act as if they're some sort of authority on their worlds and that fans are delusional. This has happened in several fandoms I've been involved in, and it just floors me. Just because a fan doesn't ship the same thing you do doesn't mean that they're wrong -- it only means that they have a different interpretation of the characters. And, even if, as a showrunner, you ultimately decide that your interpretation is better, it's worth considering theirs. Characters and ships never turn out the way you originally expect them to, as a writer, and to limit yourself to what you originally had in mind and to ignore what critical and audience reactions are is simply irresponsible writing. Don't get me wrong, we all love seeing our ships get canon moments and support from people working on the show; but that doesn't have to come at the expense of other, equally valid ships.
