     Lapis had to double check himself in the mirror. Nothing on his face, nothing in his teeth, hair looked as wonderful as ever. He even checked his breath even though he had spit out peppermint gum just a minute ago. He checked the two shopping bags he had, make sure all the gifts were present. Nothing was out of place. He didn’t have any excuses to wait and worry any longer.

     Getting out of the car, he grabbed the bags in one hand and the bouquet of pink and white amaryllises he’d brought for Claire. Maybe it had been a little sappy to choose a type of flower just because it meant splendid beauty, it wasn’t like she would know what it meant, but he wanted to try something besides traditional roses. As he knocked on her door, he could only hope that she would like them.

Who is a night owl: Probably Lapis, since working in a bakery usually means getting up early for Claire

Who is a morning person: Claire for the same reason as before

What is their favourite sleeping position: Probably spooning, or sometimes one laying on their back and the other’s head on their chest

Who steals all the blankets: Maybe Claire?? I mean Lapis is usually kicking them off so

What they wear to bed: Probs as little as possible lbr

Who likes seeing the other wearing their t-shirt: Lapis is always a slut for Claire in his clothes

Who falls asleep mid-conversation: probably Claire

Who wakes up in the middle of the night with nightmares: I’m not really sure? I don’t really see either doing it much tbh

Who accidentally punched the other in their sleep: CLAIRE

Who can’t keep their hands to themself: Probably neither but maybe mostly Lapis??

Penelope walked out of the bakery, a small bag of various baked goods in her hands. She was about to sit down for her lunch break, but out of the corner of her eye she noticed Kevin, and then shortly afterwards the two girls who looked as if they were flirting with him. Of course, being a bit of a flirt herself, Penelope didn’t usually think much of those sort of things, but Kevin was looking increasingly uncomfortable. Picking up her bag without a second thought, she ran over to Kevin and practically tackled him, placing a small kiss on his cheek.

“Heya babe, I made you lunch! Who’re these girls?”

  Kevin had been heading to visit his friend, since he knew it was time for her break when he was surrounded by two girls suddenly and they were overdoing it it. It’s not like he minded flirting but those two were a bit too forward for now. He was taken by surprise when he felt a kiss on his cheek.

  “Penelope! O-Oh I don’t know them, they just approached me.” He pointed out rubbing the back of his neck.

   With his knees pulled to his chest, the smaller male sighed, closing his eyes. He feels tired; boredom overtaking him. On days he doesn’t work, he doesn’t even know what to do with himself.

      “Hey- can we do something..?”

   He speaks up softly, actually sounding.. sad? A little bit. It was rare he showed any sort of emotion, even around friends.
