I might geek out for a second but. Massage used to channel positive energy is the essential element of therapy. Essentially, as therapists, we are taking their negativity and taking it into ourselves. Our inner beings if you will. And in turn sending positive back into them. We partner up with people we know need that little extra help, and in turn we dispose of their negativity through ourselves and allow both us and them to feel good. It tends to manifest sometimes which is what we experienced

- I desperately had to use the restroom once, but I was afraid to venture out from my classroom and use the facility - all because I was a frightened middle-schooler still adapting to the environment. I didn't make it.
