My bodice n overskirt are essentially done. I want to add hooks n eyes so I can close it without sticking myself with a pin. And add ribbon to the skirt to hitch it up into a bustle for dancing 💃🏼
I’m really happy with this dress so far. And am relieved that even tho I could have done a better job with the sleeve gore’s, they don’t stand out when I lift my arm 😁
The American Duchess Guide has been a huge help with making this dress as with patterns of fashion. I really couldn’t recommend them enough.
My stockings and garters are from Pennyriver on Etsy. They’re very comfortable and the service is very good.
