This is 1 Waterfront Tower, a 1989 hi-rise in Honolulu, HI. The condo for sale is the 4bd, 4ba, 4,475sqft penthouse on the 45th fl. Prices range from $579k & up, but this particular unit was reduced $800k to $2m (Zillow's est.: $1,922,900 - so, their initial price of $2.8m was wayyyy off.) $7,020/mo. HOA. I don't know why, but it gives me Pirate vibes.
