Reasons I ship LonelyEyes:

Jonah ‘furtive bastard’ Magnus canonically told Peter about the Panopticon and his bodies, and probably brought him there in person given the ease with which Peter finds it again.

Peter ‘no attachments’ Lukas canonically lets himself be torn apart by Jon rather than revealing Jonah’s endgame.

(I mean, sure, they were engaged in a bet which culminated in them both trying to incite Martin and Jon respectively to murder the other, but...)
