Jacket material won't stay topical with the average winter to come. Fur will definitely stay put as a seasonal trend but the assemblage of furs will consist of varied texture, more contrasting colors (bright whites, silver grays instead of plain beige or black). Winter indeed needs a little color boost. We are on the trend of disregarding muted colors for fall, which makes sense. Banality with banality seems rather counterproductive. Fur's next door buddy, leather will also be treated with a texture change from waxed, perforated to laminated surfaces. I have to love what we've done to the fashion world. It has completely evolved from the era-esque clothes, though its roots are infinitely intact. We've provoked enough deja-vu as it is. It is now more than ever a blur and exchange of timeless ideas created by innovative thinking and newly developed technology.
