Creamy Peppermint Cheesecake Recipe Delight
Chocolate Pink Peppermint Dessert
1 cup graham cracker crumbs {I used gluten-free ginger snaps.}
1/2 cup butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup chopped nuts
8 ounces whipped topping
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Directions
Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs evenly on the bottom of an ungreased bowl. Beat butter and cream cheese with sugar and chocolate in a bowl until fluffy. Fold in nuts and carefully spoon over crumbs in the bowl. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup crumbs over the chocolate layer.
In another bowl, combine whipped topping, peppermint candies and mini marshmallows. Spoon over crumbs and spread evenly to the sides of the bowl.
Refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight before serving. Garnish with shaved chocolate and peppermint.
