Kinder End AU is what if two dumbass sith (Palps and Dookster) decide to off each other in true betrayal ala Sith. Dookster survived but in coma but this slick bitch make sure their confrontation is recorded anyway and everyone find out the scam that is Clone Wars. Anyway in simpler term Bail Organa become the Supreme Chancellor, also helping smoothing the way to help Clones get rights as being when both Jedi and Clones appealing the movement. Then, new era of peace start
But, that just background info that needed to understand in prologue. My focus on this fic is to explore how Jedi returned to their old life where I can focus on their culture and way of life and how Clones finding other paths other than being soldier (exploring various forms of arts! Like music, painting, poetry etc), finding surnames for dumb bureaucratic reason shenanigans, or researcher clones!, clones who likes spending time in creche and learning beside crechemaster because they become genuinely want to learn how to do it (especially with how creche children are force sensitive), clones who want to explore the galaxy!
For Jedi and Clones who had tragic ending in canon, at least in this fic I want to give them something kinder.
I haven't get around to work more on this since anti deception and ghost obi (codywan) become higher in priority lmao
Boil groaned as he buried his face on his datapad. "I am grateful we have our right now, but why would they require us to have surnames? It doesn't matter."
"It's important for most nat-born, Boil," Cody responded while looking at his own datapad. He scrutinized the form they had to fill. It wasn't that confusing, Cody already used to work with paperwork so didn't really have any problems filling it and he helped his brothers too, but funnily all of them stuck in one thing.
There were collective sighs in the apartment that was shared by Waxer and Boil. Several people from the Ghost Company decided to fill it together. It was neat, filling the form with help from Cody, but not even him would be able to solve their problem with surnames.
Trapper who had been silent for a while spoke up. "I think..." All of them turned their attention to him, wondering what he was going to say. "I mean, can't we just use our General's surname?"
Boil spluttered. "Wh-what?" He straightened up his posture. "I mean I would be honored, but would our General be alright with it?"
Waxer smiled. "Well, if I knew General well enough, I think he wouldn't mind but I think it would be nice to ask for his opinion, first. What do you think, Cody?"
