Ingredients: 1 batch of no-knead pizza dough. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced spicy sausage. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers assorted colors. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Put a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat up while you heat the oven to 475F 245C. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the no-knead pizza dough into the shape you want for your pizza. Place the rolled-out dough on a piece of parchment paper so that it is easy to move to the hot oven. Put the tomato sauce on the pizza dough and spread it out evenly. Leave a little space around the edges for the crust. Put half of the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the tomato sauce. The spicy sausage slices, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives should all be spread out evenly on top of the cheese. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings. Crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper should be used to season the pizza. Pour olive oil on top of the pizza to make it taste better. Carefully move the pizza from the parchment paper to a pizza stone or baking sheet that has already been heated in the oven. When the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned, it's ready to be baked. Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for one minute before cutting it.
