Set after RE9, Chris eventually shows up (finding a babysitter for Rose was hard ok?)

This occurs somewhere after RE Village. I imagine between losing Ethan, the BSAA betrayal and Mia lying about Ethan and jeopardising his safety, Chris is fucking broken.

I also imagine Leon started going grey before Chris. RE village was set 2021 and Chris is allllllllll dark there. Leon 100% started going grey after Death Island 😅

Imma say it, I don't like Mia. Not only did she actively partake in the imprisonment and manipulation of an unethically created being. But after shit hit the fan and she SHOULD have learnt her lesson, she proceeded to hide Ethan's condition from Chris AND had an morally wrong and unethical child with a man who was technically a BOW. She continued to put Ethan, and by extension Rose, in harms way.

And given the DLC we see for Village, how Rose's attitude towards Chris is, I wouldn't be surprised if Mia had a hand in that too.

So not only does Chris now have to deal with Mia, with questionable loyalty and in her own selfish way, blames Chris for shit out of his control, but he's also gotta deal with a BOW temperamental child/teenager whose probably had her mother whispering in her ear.

So yeah, poor dude is fucking FEELING it.

Real quick exercise before bed.

Took a screen shot, draw basic guidelines over it.

Then turned off the back ground and drew using just the guides.

I'm still not quite getting faces, but considering THIS

is where i started. I'm not mad. I need to find that middle ground between realistic and ... well, not animated, but cartoon doesn't seem like the right word either?

Another WIP I started before I got sick and have now managed to finish. It was mostly a face structure study. getting eye/nose/mouth proportions to sit right. I no longer get uncanny valley when I look at my art, which helps. Let me know if you do. All constructive criticism helps.

Also, why's this mans hair gotta be so floofy.

I think I'm getting faces pretty good. I think from here I should look at fixing lighting, maybe some detail. Not sure. Also, bless all those artists that have the patience to draw stubble. That shit is tedious af. Best I can do is a scruffy beard with a hair brush 😅
