There's this really interesting time perception effect that starts to happen when you get used to doing 15 minute naps as a major source of sleep.
When I wake up, it often feels like at least twice as much time has passed, maybe even over an hour.
I wake up to my alarm and have to remind myself that overwhelming life evidence proves phone clocks are reliably accurate, and glance back at my memories from just before the nap of carefully confirming that I set the alarm correctly.
