[A quick switch away from Gordon and Phototaxis, to the interior of Perfect Being’s room. As mentioned before, it’s scorched and crisped round the corners, with a multitude of hazard signs plastered near the tube.

Humming, Coomer climbs the ladder (still holding Bubby in one arm - the man’s strong as fuck) and deposits the semi-conscious Bubby into the tube’s Nutrient Juice. One last look at the tube creature. Then he leaves.

A few seconds pass. Bubby, revived by the Nutrient Juice, stretches, gets accustomed to the liquid environment.

A few more seconds and, ever so quietly, a muted whispering comes from a nearby vent.]

“hey. tube man. how’d test go? got any sweet lore?”

[Bubby sighs, then presses a button on the interior of the tube. His voice comes static-y out an intercom]

“...yea. Not like I fucking enjoyed it, mind you. But. I got an idea for a distraction. Y’know, while we Execute the Plan”
