Perfected formula
Boys, I’ve done it. After many trials, and even more errors I have PERFECTED the speed:safety ratio for sliding a mattress down a set of stairs onto tile floors. The ideal mattress is a somewhat thin, floppy thing usually found in pull outs. Bring this to the top of the stairs and lay down, fold a bit of the bottom (facing down) up and hook your feet under and over to hold it in place. Curl the sides in like a taco shell. This guarantees speed and cushioning! (I will admit the cushioning was found accidentally) your form matters a lot to! If you tense your bum it’ll be a mini speed bump and low you down, stay loose but not to floppy, to avoid breaking your neck hold it up slightly, not to an extreme extent, just so it’s not resting on the stairs. Behold. The perfected formula.
