Just bc zutara didn’t happen in atla doesn’t mean it’s any less real. Creators like you who make Katara and Zuko fall in love in countless different ways are what makes zutara canon, and they belong to us just as much as they belong to bryke.

We shouldn’t be bound by bryke’s interpretation. No fandom should be found by one interpretation. That’s limiting and extremely depressing. Fan works are equally as valid/canon as the original material 💜
