Faccatio Ingredients: .2 cups tapioca flour .5 eggs .pinch of salt .rosemary .olive oil .Combine 4 eggs, the salt, and the tapioca flour in a medium large bowl and stir until smooth .roll out and place on oiled cookie sheet and sprinkle rosemary all over it .bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, meanwhile, combine 1 egg and 3 teaspoons of olive oil and mix until there are no lumps .take the bread out of the oven and brush the egg/oil concoction over it with a kitchen brush .cook for another 5-7 minutes and repeat with only oil this time .cook until the oil is done simmering then enjoy this amazing bread!
