When I discovered the most perfumes and body spray’s contained harsh ingredients and synthetic fragrances I chose to ditch and switch those harsh perfume’s to more natural ones. Often times these harsh products can ultimately cause hormone imbalances, thyroid issues, weight loss/weight gain issues, respiratory and immune problems, as well as, other disruption’s to our health.
