Sycamore is Linguine, who is a young garbage boy at Seibold’s restaurant who befriends a rattata and keeps it under his toque because the rattata knows how to cook and Sycamore is hopeless. He ruins a soup, due to how clumsy he is and then recovers it thanks to the rattata. Seibold is furious- but then the soup is seen as a success.
