Just as an FYI for women who would like to be more aware of their bodies, moods, and fertility. This app is great for understanding and being more on top of our periods. I’m most concerned about mood and energy changes and I hope to journal that with this app.

I just got my first reminder that I would be having a period in 5 days and it really helped explain the introspection and emotional fragility I was experiencing. Those symptoms came days before any cramping...so the reminder helped alert me (and all those in my vicinity should I care to disclose)!
