tried to draw periphes in the darksiders art style, and 5 hours later i realize it doesn't even look like darksiders at all, but i still like it so it's ok

Periphes (pronounced Peri-fees) is a so-called "defective" watcher, meaning that they don't share the innate subservience that their peers do, are overly curious, and most importantly—actually have compassion
as a result the council deemed them unfit for regular watcher duties and delegated them to work in the archives (as mentioned in abomination vault). now they're stuck organizing documents, making sure no one steals anything, and other such menial tasks and are understandably pretty cranky about it
