honestly im so down to help write for whoever wants to produce a cartoon/animated version of pjo/hoo. I want it SO bad. If I had the knowledge of how to do so, I would 100% just do it myself. I dont trust any real actors/anyone else like that and I think a cartoon thing would be much better to display the series accurately without any shitiness, especially with the monsters and battles and characterization and stuff. plus, it would help with that whole kid demographic

animated probably would be a really good choice 

i’m just so invested in this series, that i don’t want anyone to touch it, and hurt it again, like i loved the movies personally, but this time around, whatever happens...it has to...be...perfect...

i’m kidding, but actually i know there’s a few tumblr blogs that have different projects along those lines, one is doing a comic strip series, the other is actually animating the series

Why don't you pick something you know a hell of a lot of details about? Like Harry Potter or something? That's in the YA scope but is technically a children's lit work.
