So I’m stressing because I cant remember if I have therapy this coming Tuesday or the one after and I know I’ll probably get a text reminder but if I do it won’t be till Monday and it shouldn’t make a difference other way but ugh I should really write these things down because what if I don’t get a reminder and I miss it or did I get the date wrong
