On the Enterprise, you'd work as yeoman/support staff who dabbles in communications (because lbr, skills are so widely applicable on a starship). As such, Shran would see a lot of you whenever he's onboard. He'd see you in the background, though, on your PADD, making notes or editing some document. From the moment he saw you, he would be fascinated by you. You'd be quiet most of the time, working in the background and working by yourself. That would intrigue him. So much so that he'd begin to go out of his way to speak with you or be near you. Any time he was on the ship or on a mission you were on, he'd ask about you "Where might Yeoman Y/L/N be?" "Will Y/L/N be joining us?"

Archer might get a bit annoyed at that, but it would be because he'd think Shran just wanted to pester you or bother you. In reality, Shran wants nothing more than to get to know you. It wouldn't be until Shran started to realize he found you attractive that he'd question what exactly he was feeling for you. He'd try to push them away - he couldn't possibly have feelings for a Pink Skin. But, he more time he spent with you, the stronger his feelings would get until one day he couldn't hold them in any longer. He'd get you alone and would just say out right "I believe I am developing romantic feelings for you. Would you accompany me to my ship for a meal?" You'd be shocked, of course, but would say yes and giddily go get ready for your date.

“Your name is Gray? Like the color?” 

Gray smiled recalling the memory of how she met her boyfriend, Tom Holland. They met at a coffee shop and Tom had asked for her name because he took a sudden interest in her. Gray thought it was crazy it has been two years since they met and everyday she fell more and more in love with him.

“Gray, what are you thinking of?” Tom asked as he put his arm around her as they watched a movie that was long forgotten.

“The day we first met.” Gray looked up at her boyfriend and he kissed her nose.

“I thank the Universe everyday for letting us meet each other.” Tom stated and Gray grinned. “Even though your name is Gray, ever since that moment, my days have never been gray.” 

“That was cheesy.” Gray scrunched up her nose but she laughed.

“That’s why you love me.”

That’s so great about your residency thing! I hope your school year goes well <3 I was also hoping you could write a little something for Pavel Chekov?

I love to read and write when i have time, i love animals and I work part time at a dog boarding facility which is exhausting but fun. I'm usually more of a pessimist but that’s not to say I avoid seeing the good in things. I love exploring too. I just started my degree in Folklore and Mythology last year (I read percy jackson as a kid and it kinda spiraled from there) I love studying culture and mythology and I could talk about it for hours. I love telling my friends and family about new discoveries and the ins and outs of ancient civilizations

so for the prompt I was thinking along the lines of just getting back from an away mission and telling Chekov all about the mythology that can pieced together with everything that was discovered?? no pressure if you don’t have time <3

You would definitely be a xenohistorian/xenoanthropologist, being tasked with researching the cultures of ancient alien species. As such, you'd get to go on many missions and would be a part of a lot of research teams. Chekov wouldn't always get to go on these missions with you, but he'd always look forward to hearing about how it went when you returned.

You'd have tons of data and would bring your devices to Chekov to show and tell him all about what you found out. You two would sit in the rec room, snacking or having a drink, and he'd sit there, smiling widely as you told him all about the mission. You'd go into great detail about the artifacts you'd found, and then would tell him about how you could piece together the culture's mythology and beliefs from what you discovered. Chekov would be so fascinated and impressed by all this, and would ask many questions. He would love to hear all about it, and would absolutely adore seeing how passionate you got about all of it.

Ohh this sounds fun! If you are not too busy with them, could I get a blurb with Pike from SNW? I love animals, nature, and rain. I read, write and paint. I love food and cooking. I have 2 degrees in Anthropology, focus in Archaeology. I am introverted and shy, but once I open up I am told I am witty, sarcastic, and easy to be around. I am selfless and kind to a fault (to the point where I tend not to have any energy left for myself.) As for the blurb, maybe a fluffy confession from Pike? <3 <3

Okay, so you'd be working on the Enterprise as a xenoanthropologist, and Pike would just be enthralled by you from the get go. He'd admire your intelligence and your skills (you have two degrees, after all - in this universe, likely a general university degree and then one from starfleet). He'd also just be drawn to you because you also love animals, nature, and cooking. Perfect match.

So Pike would be pining over you for a while. You two would be friends, but he'd do his best not to show how he really feels. He'd try to hide his feelings for two reasons. One, he's your commanding officer. And two, the future that he saw... he doesn't want to bring you pain with his future. But one day he just couldn't hold it in anymore. You two would be hosting a dinner party together for the senior staff, cooking together like a well-oiled machine. It would just be the two of you, prepping the food before the guests arrived. And it would just slip out. You'd say something sarcastic to make him laugh and he would just gaze at you with a lustful stare and say "this is why I love you." Your hands would still, task momentarily forgotten as the weight of his words sunk in. He loved you. Deep down, you loved him, too, you'd just never let yourself entertain the idea of it. But as silence filled his quarters, your feelings would come crashing down on you, and you'd murmur, "I love you, too." Pike would gently take your shoulders in his hands, turn you to face him, and he'd quietly ask if he could kiss you. You would say yes, of course, and you two would share a sweet and soft kiss that made your whole body tingle.

I love adventure, discovering new things, I've been training martial arts since I was a kid, I love learning about different cultures, dancing, cooking, writing...

I’m going to study history, possibly majoring in Egyptology.

In personality at first I am not very open but then when I catch trust I become quite open and crazy (in a good way), I usually get along with most people and I have facility to make friends, I don’t usually get angry but I’ve been told that when I get angry I give respect, I usually stand up by the ones who can't stand by themselves and I like to protect the people I love.

Could it be an accidental confession from him, with the typical "Because I love you" and then he being like "well, I fucked it up, right" because he thought the feeling wasn't mutual (which, of course, is it)?

You'd definitely work in sciences on the Enterprise; probably being a xenohistorian or xenoanthropologist. Basically, someone who studies alien cultures and histories! You and Scotty therefore wouldn't work in the same department, but whenever your equipment malfunctioned, he'd be the first you'd call. You two would also work together on away missions, of course, and you'd be mutual friends with the bridge crew.

There would be an accident one day. You and Scotty would be on an away mission, exploring ancient, abandoned passageways of a clearly advanced, but long-gone, civilization. Scotty would be there to help deactivate any boobytraps and to help restore power to the place. He'd be working on one such boobytrap as you used your scanner to study some old busts sitting along the wall. The next thing you knew, Scotty was throwing himself at you, shoving you to the ground before you had time to even scream. You'd hear a loud whoosh and would look up to see an arrow embedded in the wall where you'd been standing. You'd stammer out a thank you as he helped you to your feet. He'd explain that while disabling the boobytrap, he tripped a backup one. You'd ask him why he put himself in harm's way rather than just yelling to warn you. He'd shrug it off, saying he wasn't thinking, but you'd pester. "Why did you do that? You could have been hurt. You could have died-" "Because I love you!" he'd exclaim, and silence filled the corridor. You two would stare at each other, realization of what he'd said crashing down on you both. "I... messed that up, didn't I?" he'd ask finally, rubbing his hands over his face a few times. You'd take his hands, bring them down, and stare into his eyes. "No," you'd say. "I've been waiting for you to tell me that for months.. I would have said it first, but... I was afraid you didn't feel the same way." Scotty would stare in disbelief - he'd managed to capture Y/N Y/L/N's heart? He wouldn't be able to formulate a response, so he'd do the only thing that made sense: kiss you.

I spend most of my free time reading or making thing (I crochet and paint and write, bake and cook, pretty much just doing anything with my hands where I get something tangible at the end). I’m pretty quiet and independent, and because of my hobbies I end up spending a lot of time alone.

The last few weeks have been kinda stressful and anxiety inducing (it is getting better though) so maybe you could do something soft and fluffy and comforting? Thank you so much! 💚

Okie dokie, so. Pike knows you. He knows your tells and your little signs of when things aren't going great. He'd pick up on the little changes in your demeanor, and he'd instantly think of ways to help. He would start by giving you a big, warm hug when you two are alone (whether it be at your station or quarters) (speaking of station, I could definitely see you being a chef on board). Any who. He would give you the biggest hug and would kiss your forehead a few times and murmur that everything would be okay.

Then he'd start to plan out how to help you feel better. He would plan a whole day of activities for just the two of you (he'd have to pop into the bridge every now and then, but being the captain has its perks, one of which being he can delegate his tasks and afford to take some time off). He would plan an art day intermixed with lots of baking. He'd get all sorts of arts and craft supplies, and would try to make things with you (though don't expect them to be pretty). And you two would bake sweet treats to enjoy together, and would have such cute moments like putting batter or frosting on each other's noses, or dancing in the kitchen as you waited for things to bake, or feeding each other. He'd just put all of his focus on you for the day and would try his damned hardest to partake in your passions. Even if he isn't the best as art, he'd enjoy the hell out of it because he'd be with you.
