Today I finally learned to understand the saying "if you love someone, then let them go". My heart is so happy and full from all the beautiful moments we shared, yet aches because of how much I'll miss you. Not pain in the way of regrets for the past or what could have been, but the tug of your heart you feel when you drop your friend off to the airport with a one way ticket and know things will never be the same.
