Cue a slight bit of annoyed look from the red-haired dragon -- being followed by the small one for such a thing made Ryoga not look at her. "Eat a human and I might teach you a thing." Maybe, but she wouldn't have the guts to from the looks of it and reason he made it harder for her.

“That’s uh…real reassuring….” Jun mumbled, sliding a stack of papers across to the other. Most of the time Jun avoided the 12th division at all costs (for a specific reason ) but also found he had weird interactions with it’s officers. “…who’re you referring to…??”

Rin hadn’t even noticed that he’d begun to ramble until the other shinigami responded. He accepted the papers silently, thinking over his answer. Subconsciously he was probably referencing one of the other twelfth division members.  With Captain Kurotsuchi going on one of his inventing sprees, more than a couple researchers had become test subjects. Rin always secretly felt a little bit guilty about it. In all likelihood he was trying to convince himself as much as he was the other man. 

“O-oh, any number of people really. That substitute soul reaper for instance..... Or any number of researchers in the SDRI. People can wish for normality and happiness, but does that measure up to being a part of something bigger? As a researcher what is more important, my happiness or my contribution to the world around me? Which will last longer? Which makes a greater impact?”

(like from the audio post i reblogged just moments ago... this is from a R18 game right? im sorry but this messed me up because all i saw was rin. again, im sure their characters arent alike--i mean WHO KNOWS I HAVENT PLAYED THIS GAME BUT WELL HELLO THERE)
