Because yesterday I watched WEC at Monza, a 6h race, and I stayed all day in covered main straight grandstand with a mega screen in front of me WITH THE STANDARD TICKET. 25€. When in F1 that same spot can cost me FROM 600€ TO 800€ ON SUNDAY ONLY.
Really almost every other motorsport category is THAT cheap, sometimes not even priced, while F1 has some absurd prices that are not for everyone and are keeping people away from their passion.
That being said, if u have a circuit nearby, get in touch of what categories are going to be there and try to go there. It was a really nice experience for me (except for the heat) and I really missed the sound of engines that gives u that adrenaline rush, even if it’s not a F1 one. And they deserve your money more than whatever shit Domenicali is trying to change F1 into

✨I follow F1 since FOREVER but I still remember races from 2012 so that’s the year I usually say when I started watching F1 seriously. But I watched it in person only once in 2013, since then I was very unlucky until Imola this year (and I was unlucky but in a different way sigh)
✨Love Ferrari (duh), hate Red Bull, but I don’t actually hate any driver of the current grid. That may change when they’re going to say something bad about Ferrari, but rn no one is in my hate list (some of then were lol)
✨also watching Moto GP, but I care more about my babies in Moto3 than the master class, I have il santino di Migno with me every day, unfortunately there’s no ticket to watch only the Moto3 race or I would have watched a lot of races in person (another sad thing). Unpopular italian opinion: I love more the non-VR-46 drivers like Bastianini or Foggia but I still appreciate them
