so for therapy i do a depression, anxiety, and stress test before each session — and it gives points to each area letting my therapist know how i’m doing. i knew it would be high, but she says, “i think this is the highest it’s been since we’ve started.” and all i could do was sit in silence and nod so i wouldn’t burst into tears 🥰🥰🥰
