Personalize school gamification.
this is a track start to face your school semester using your motivation to get massive work done. A.) Set up:
4 stages to build and set your motivation (by Doctor Elizabeth filips: youtube)
personal structure: explore the course semester and make your own personal curriculum, syllabus, schedule, and the resources to:track down a list of things you want to focus on that align with your objection & able to apply
the mindset: “learning is non-linear.” your brain doesn’t care about concepts as long as you know how to apply it.”
the key: action practice - evaluate by info - apply by doing, enhance to acknowledge.
nothing's perfect: -its okay to make mistakes and admit you don’t always know how everything works. you’ll learn from them and evaluate yourself. this will make you improve, little by little as times progress. -its okay to go in-out-in your task for just a short time so give yourself permission to take a break sometime.
accept the humility, be calm, stand up for yourself, stand with yourself. (mentally.)
better spend: spend your time on things that will serve your better in the future.
Prioritize what is worth: God, Family, yourself.
Social life is LITERALLY a bonus in life. its okay to have friends, but you have to remember what you prioritize and not make them a distraction. finish your task (or else it become a problem.)
manage your time with work, friends, and family - pray to god or meditate live how you wanna be, within your own control. think in control in react to how you want others to react to you. have trust in yourself
-framework protection :
“You can’t stop nor starting over completely when you’ve come this far and still standing from doing and experience so many things. it’s too late to turn back. its now or -be patient yet control : it is not selfish to be the one to take control and lead yourself to be better instead of relying on others or a moment to wait until your time. be patient with yourself - think of what you always wanna do and how or what do you have to go through - just do it and make it happen.
brace yourself for everything and anything: -remember: whatever mistakes you’ve made, you gotta face them. once a small crack can turn into a deeper edge of a cliff.
you have to let go of any sort of fear or insecurities. we’re humans and just living life to get by before it ends. so tell yourself to just “Let it go” and be control of how you react to anyone, anybody, anything, and everything that happens. -remember: whatever mistakes you’ve made, you gotta face them. once a small crack can turn into a deep moutain cliff.
DO NOT BECOME AN IMAGE VIEW JUST TO SEEK VALIDATIONS FROM OTHERS. cuz one word or wrong expression then people would take it seriously even though its not worth their business. no one gives a shit about the little things that they don’t exactly know about you, not everyone is observant. just go with how you want your life to be. know yourself, know your worth.
Have a “Book of Mistake”: Book of mistakes or “Evaluation Book” is a notebook with a cheap red book cover that you can make. the objection of this book is one of the ways to vent your problems –say what you wish you could do better instead — Evaluate by having a written note of pep-talk to yourself – make a solution how to face it. -But Remember: Book of mistakes are yours only, not for show, not for anyone to read. if someone did read it- QUICKLY TEAR OR BURN THE BOOK if needed.
if you ever feel down, just write down in paper of your thoughts – your problems are yours alone to let out — evaluate/find out how can you face it — then if you don’t want anyone to see it, just throw it away.
note: as i (the creator of this doc) this is also a great way to get to know yourself better. you know the term “shadow-self?” a version of you that you keep avoiding this whole time and didn’t know yet after years of digital scrolling. this way you can see yourself in a new perspective beyond what you’ve generally know. the CEO framework. (amy wang 2026) Clarify the why - you define what you truly want across key areas of your life. relying on willpower can sometimes fades; building an intentional "system" is what compounds success over time. Cut what doesn’t serve you. Execute small action by doing one small thing at a time. Optimize through reflect on yourself. No skipping assignments, or anything important. no skipping class (unless you have a reasonable answer to do so.)
the end game: when its the month before exams back logging: do re-try past papers of assignments. Action practice - evaluate by info - apply by doing, enhance knowledge Use what you have learned and focused to combat you facing many academic challenges.
B.) The way to learn. the core principles of learning. read an info once: 👁️📑📑📑 Read an info once - and practice move to learn - and evaluate by info - repeat. Focus like a lion: You see a target. you give all your energy to get it. when you manage to get it, give yourself a moment of break before continue. Learning is non-linear: the TEA framework: Take action practice. Evaluate by info. Apply by doing, enhance your knowledge. (by penrose) study method set up Cornell notes skim reading an info for 3 m, make a question out of the info or a question that’s related to the subject info. guess the answer wrongly - evaluate by answer - summarize your answers from your own understanding. set another paper to cover your note section and look at the question to practice active recall. - read and answer what you’ve remember. if there’s a gap, its okay to look at your notes once and then practice. you need to train your memory to retain information. once you done with each question. mentally combine every question into one version of a general reasoning question (buat jadi versi pertanyaan penalaraan umum/soal pertanyaan ujian.) you then answer the question by summarizing your understanding of the subject into 1 digestible info that you’d understand.
Class rules (if you’re in school): every class subject has different teachers, rules, and differen’t study methods to use in class. in general: we always forget alot of things in class, left with only bits of info once we got out of the classroom. but what if we take a step back and look at things with curiosity. get to know your teacher
getting to know a teacher can be helpful to not just forming connections but getting to know info about the class’s subject, predicted daily exams, or other information. no, i didn’t tell you to be a teacher’s-pet.
a teacher is a human being that sign up for a job to teach the next generation of society in preparation to what career you(the student.) my choose as your future; so treat them with respect to cooperate. benefits: teacher;studen’t = payment of serve. student;teacher= knowledge of info.
Know the class rules. ask the teacher what are their rules in class to follow and not to. this is because in the grading system, your way of interacting with the teacher act as a bonus grade.
so if. 1) you’re the type to follow the rules and focus in class=teacher will likely add extra points to your grades. 2) if you disrespect the teacher or not paying attention in class= you won’t get any points, your grade will be still up depending on how many assignements have you finished.
Teacher’s teaching style. as we all know, a student can be smart if the teacher teach them very well and efectively. therefore; try getting to know the signs and analisis of how your teacher is teaching you the info. -if it make sense: follow & take notes (its okay to have messy notes, just summarize the info after class.) -if not: go find info of the subject material you’ve just heard in class and learn it. also go find a book and a teacher to teach you the subject you don’t know about.
You learn to wanna know how you can do it for real.
C.) the routine. thought dump: write down on a paper what are you thinking from your thoughts to reset your mind
Micro planning: -plan your day (ADHD friendly)
(Date)---------------------------------------------------
(the day)/(time)---------------------------------------- write down two task on each section of the day. 1st task example: (place/person’s name/time) - list what to do or what materials you need for this task example: when you’re done with your task, just cross it with a pen go to garage- take: toolbox, fix the car engiene.
(the day)(time) task 1
task 2
complete 2 task at a time. once you finish, just add 2 more of other task that needed to be complete. you can’t add more task until you completed the main 2. Rule: when a task is REALLY important, set a rule for yourself. Ex: “lock your phone using Focus friend to put your phone on lock down for 1 hour. You can’t unlock any apps on your phone until you have finish that important task. if you don’t, then you have to add another 1 hour of lock down. finish that task - and then free time.” === based off of this quote “no pain, no gain” and “face the struggles before Accessibility" (jalani kesusahan, sebelum kemudahan.)
View: try to think in your mind and imagine you see yourself in 3rd person perspective (Like Sims4 or anime gacha games you know of.) - then you just and control yourself, Try Task and think of them as these in game quest. :
Main task (Main quest.): a task you think takes the exact amount of your level Sub-task (subquest): a task you think take some level of workload Side-task (Side-quest): Task that has low workload level. RESET: if you made a mistake of not doing a task —-> just write it and do it the next day.
environment: Find a place that supports you as a workspace. Example: Library: a place for study, Quite times, focus Bed: a place to rest Party/entertaining place: for entertainment but doesn’t support Study not even rest.
Pomodoro timer: 5 minutes of work, 5 minutes of rest. if this doesn't work, you can also have the option to do 15/25/30 minutes. this is to train your focus so try challenge yourself to not get distract for a longer minute of time.
rest your attention before getting back to work: Remember: self-love. you can’t do anything if you don’t support the well-being of your body and mind. so take some time to rest but remember to get back and face another day.
another way to rest your attention span is: to stare at a wall for 5/10 minutes until the timers runs out. only that it will re-wire your thought senses.
