Last TV Show: well, that I finished rewatching would be 90210. Last TV show I watched an episode of would be Law & Order: SVU.

Currently Watching: always watching The Rookie & One Chicago! But, film wise over these last couple days, been really into survivalist films like San Andreas or animal-themed action-adventure a la Rampage 😅 (sooo I guess anything w/Dwayne Johnson coincidentally too LOL)
Currently Reading: does my own manuscript count?! Haha, that was legit the last thing I read. But I did buy Shipped by Angie Hockman a week and a half ago & started reading it! It’s my first true romcom & it’s great so far!

1. What’s your favourite flavour of milkshake?
Mmm Strawberry, fave was banana for a little while there but have come back to strawberry.
2. What quote from a movie or book inspires you?

I love this quote cause I think we all in some way down play our skills, knowledge and strength and are a little too hard on ourselves. I think this just reminds us that we are probably all better than we think we are.
3. What was your first fandom?
I guess my first fandom was a show called Dark Angel, that was one of the first shows I started writing some fics for and started discussing with others online about. I loved that show so much and was heart broken when it was cancelled.
4. What was your first OTP? Are they still your OTP?
My first OTP was Alec and Max from Dark Angel. They had a love/hate thing going on which appealed to me so much when I was younger, uh, and the banter between the two I loved it. They are still my OTP, even though it was never canon *sobs* that was what fanfic was for.
5. Do you have a petname or nickname? How did you get it?
My nick name is Gelly or Sez, Sez is just a shortened version of my real name Sarah and Gelly is from university where I was and still am very pedantic about spelling and proper use of language. There was a product of a friends’ that was Aloe jelly but jelly was spelt with a ‘G’ and hey tried to convince me that that was how it was always spelt and I disagreed they started calling me Gelly and it just kind of stuck. Still known as Gelly to my uni friends.
6. What is one job in the world that you’d love to have?
I want to work for customs. Not in terms of the immigration part but I want to be the person who checks peoples forms and tells them when they haven’t done filled it in properly and that we are going to confiscate their things and most likely burn them and they still have to pay a fine. *evil laugh*
7. What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
You can’t take care of people if you don’t take care of yourself/ You can’t pour from an empty cup.
This is so true, taking care of yourself is so important and I think we lose sight of this sometimes because we are so busy making sure everyone around us is okay. I work in a job where self care is so often talked about and promoted but actually doing it takes a lot of effort.
8. Do you have any fears or phobias?
Clowns, without a doubt, I am currently terrified when going to the cinemas that there is going to be a trailer for IT. I accidentally clicked on a video for it the other day off Facebook and noped so hard out of there as soon as I figured out where it was going. My ‘friends’ have also been sending me pictures of the new clown. And yeah they just freak me out.
9. If you won the lottery, what is the goofiest thing you’d spend part of your money on?
A giant ball pit. No explanation needed.
10. What is your breakfast cereal of choice?
Cornflakes, boring, I know. Sometimes I get really wild and crazy and have sliced strawberries on them.
11. What was the one fandom you didn’t expect to get into?
Actually Riverdale was a show I was not expecting to love as much as I did and now it has brought me back to fanfic writing which I was not expecting to ever return to. I love the characters and the bughead relationship and I thought it was going to be too ‘cw teen drama’ for me but after the first two episodes I was hooked and need to rewatch again.
