25 minute fat burner challenge...Are you fit enough?!?!
The routine below will get your body working hard enough to start the fat burning process. If you only have 25 minutes available to train take this challenge and try to complete it within the 25 minute time frame. Please remember to take a break when recommended. All you need to do is print out the details and follow once you're in the gym. It's as easy as that. ARE YOU FIT ENOUGH FOR THE CHALLENGE!!!
Please take 5 minutes to warm up before the challenge - run/x-train/row/cycle (choose one, you decide)
1. Dumb bell both arms bicep curl: x15 repetitions (final rep must feel tough to complete)
2. Dumb bell double arm triceps kickbacks: x15 reps (final rep must feel tough to complete)
3. Jump lunges: x25 reps
4. Bicycle crunches: x25 reps
5. Jump squats: x15 reps
7. Chest press: x12/15 reps (final rep must feel tough to complete)
8. Lat pull down: x12/15 reps (final rep must feel tough to complete)
9. Leg raises: x20 reps
10. Star jumps: x30 reps
11. Plank: Hold for 1 minute
12. 5 minutes cardio on X-Trainer (Fartlek training- 1 minute low intensity- 30 sec high intensity- 1 minute medium intensity-30 sec high- 1 minute low- 30 sec high- 30 sec medium and finish)
13. Take a 45 second break then repeat the whole circuit again.
Have a go and tell me how you got on. Its a very short programme with high demands. But can you finish it within the 25 minute time frame? Thats question.
