i think i kinda lost the plot about why i was working out and eating healthy. i got caught up in people complimenting my weight loss and how good i looked that i got rly frustrated and went back to old patterns slowly and now i've regained most of my weight, my liver hurts (i have fatty liver) again and my diabetes is worse. i really wish we wouldnt talk abt looks bc i am gonna have to lose weight again to save my dang liver but thats the only reason why. if i could eat whatever i want and do nothing and be chunky forever without the risk of cirrosis i absolutely would.
