Daily Journal 3 - Being Mindful with the Self and Entering the Phase of Middle and Late Adolescence (January 29, 2021)
This day we tackled two lessons. The first lesson, the main lesson there talks about being mindful with the self. I was able to learn that being mindful means being aware. Varying factors influences the self, and many people are unaware of it and I have learned that the wholeness of a human being is more than just its parts. There are five areas of Personal Development. Those five areas help me to realize that It is not easy in becoming mindful with the self and it is not easy to fully develop our personality.
The second lesson is entering the Phase of Middle and Late Adolescence. What I have learned from the second lesson we have lately is that being mindful means being aware. Varying factors influences the self, and many people are unaware of it and I have learned that the wholeness of a human being is more than just its parts. The body of an adolescent is constantly changing and occur simultaneously and it is what we call the Holistic Development. The person become more conscious in his/her physical appearance. A lot of changes occur and that I thought when I was entering this stage that this is a problem, but now I know that those changes are normal. Being at the late adolescence stage can be stressful. The responsibilities as an adolescent can change how we perceive life. The transition of being an adult from being a kid is like being a carefree young lass to a stressful one. The responsibilities of becoming an adolescent not only causes stress to your life but also encourages you to become a better person.
