We can sit and complain about our problems all day. We can sulk, cry, sit in bed. We can talk about our wounds; how they bleed uncontrollably. We can recognize we are in pain or in a dark mental state. But until we decide to take small steps to improve our quality of life and put in the effort to fix our issues, we will be stuck in our current state and nothing will change. No ones going to hold your hand and walk you through it. Some walks you need to take alone. You need to show up for yourself and decide enough is enough.
