I kept a daily journal when I was young.

I still have some of my old writing from when I was younger. Most of my memories were thrown away because I am the opposite of a pack rat, and always felt the need to rid my life of the clutter. As I get older, I have become aware that so many of my precious memories are beginning to fade. My biggest regret is not continuing to write. I enjoyed it so much.  When I look back at my old writing, the little I have left, I am reminded of things from my childhood that I’m not sure would have stuck in my mind if I had not written them down. 

I started this blog to inspire me to write again in a place where expression is appreciated.  I would love to interact with other bloggers who love writing, obsess over personal growth, and who are equally as awestruck as I am when it comes to learning about the world and how many beautiful little minds live in it.
