Sounds like someone needs a meal plan?
Feel free to add to this, but as a baseline:
Breakfast 1:
Porridge with mixed fruits and honey, and a latte.
This should give you the energy you need for the days eating, cause you're gonna need it.
Breakfast 2:
3 stacks of pancakes + Bacon, drowning in butter and maple syrup. Fruit juice of your choice.
And after a relatively healthy breakfast I think you'd need to indulge a bit, no?
Mid morning snack:
Something sweet, like chocolate or cookies (you decide, but it better be the entire pack. No half measures ok)
Lunch 1:
2 fast food burgers, 2 portion of fries, 20 box of nuggets and 2 large sodas.
It's been a few minutes since breakfast, even with that cheeky snack mid morning, so you must be hungry by now right?
Lunch 2:
2 pastries and 2 sandwiches from a local cafe or bakery. Drink is up to you, as long as its fattening.
Nothing better than some cosey cafe vibes, an autumnal sweater that you're poor little overwhelmed belly is poking out the bottom of.
Afternoon Snacks:
1 piece of fruit, 1 bag of chips.
You gotta keep those calories up. I know you're full but you're doing so well, just keep eating.
(You might want to have a nap now, dinner time will be intense)
Dinner 1:
Steak + Potatoes + Veggies
Something simple, traditional and oh so indulgent. Doesn't have to be a beef steak, you can swap to different cuts of meat from different animals if you wish.
Dinner 2:
Pizza time. 1 extra large pizza, 1 side of garlic bread and a 2l of soda.
Any moaning about being too full for it will result in 2 extra large pizzas being ordered instead. The soda is there the truly blow you up into a rounded, overfed, overstuffed blimp who is just moaning and burping from all that food.
32 oz Gainer shake:
I'd recommend a short break before you try this, it's more filling that it seems.
Heavy cream + maltodextrin + chocolate syrup + milk to make it a drinkable texture. This can easily total 3000 calories. Feel free to add different add-ins to change the flavour, but it has to be over 3000 calories.
Before bed snack:
And before you let the food coma win, another pack of something sweet, again your choice but remember there's no "just having one". The entire pack needs to disappear. After all, you can't be going to bed in an empty stomach.
Good luck, and I hope you don't pop.
Ooooooo this sounds incredible!!!!!! I will definitely give this meal plan a try. Thank you so much for making it for me! I hope I don't pop too! I'm going to be so full! Thank you!
