Two days ago, we we’re told to take the test online at https://www.16personalities.com.
To my surprise, I got the “The Executive”.
Today, we had the short morning huddle. The reason why they want us to take the test is to be able to understand each one of us at work. How we can best work with other people by knowing ones strength and weaknesses.
