so this year i really want to start eating well and taking better care of myself. but it's so difficult finding a place to start. so do any of you have any reading recommendations? basically a how to change your lifestyle and have a better lifestyle/nutrition guide.

my skins been breaking out a lot and i just feel like shit all the time b/c i eat like shit all the time and i reallyyyyy want to change that this year so any help would be appreciated!!

this year wasn't all that wonderful but man i'm definitely in a much better place today than i was this time last year.

i mean it wasn't mY YEAR!!111 but it improved. and basically it's the little victories ya know :).

basically, even if this year wasn't everything you wanted it to be, there's still time! it's the little things and be proud of everything you do, no matter how small it may seem :).
