For this project, we have adopted a rational analysis and emotional design-concept combining strategy, introduced the idea of effect factor to help us orient the the land-use and layout planning of the strip site . For the client's request we design a flexible combination walking street of riverside cultural, ecological and comprehensive commercial as the core of a real estate complex community development program, but also provides two other various innovative and distinctive proposals.
