We need to address this! 👇 The protests and the unstable situation that Perú has gone through since past December led to the indefinite closure of Machu Picchu since January 21st. But since February 15th, almost a month later, the Inca citadel reopens its doors to visitors under the same conditions, schedules and established circuits. Flights and trains are operating almost back to normal. So, why don't we recommend our travelers to visit the country just yet? Until there's no resolution between the government and the demands of the demonstrators, the situation is too unstable for our minimum safety parameters to confirm a trip. The responsibility of our guides and drivers to handle a trip under these circumstances is too high and we would not be able to guarantee our travelers' safety if anything unexpected should happen. We love Perú and its people and we are certain that soon enough we will continue planning gorgeous trips for people to explore all the wonders that Perú has to offer 🧡 Fuerza Perú 🧡🇵🇪 Nos veremos pronto! . . . . #perú #igersperu #perudestinations #perutravel #perutrip #peru🇵🇪 #responsibletravel #ConsciousTravel #ecofriendlytravel #sustainabletravel (at Peru) https://www.instagram.com/p/CpF9we8ORkz/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
