Want some more Peruvian sketchbook tidbits? Here is a bejeweled spider (yep @danceinyourblood may have had some inspiration here...) and my jungle hut. The spider 🕷 was a prominent symbol for me in my dieta. I see the spider as feminine, strong, self-sufficient, patient and the ultimate artist! She creates a thing of beauty that is destroyed and that she rebuilds each day. She sits and waits.
