Daily MCO Drink #386, MCO Day #388: ALGERIA, made with 2 parts Delixir Quebrante Peruvian Pisco, 1 part orange juice, 1/2 part Giffard Apricot Liqueur, 1/2 part Cointreau, 1 bar spoon simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters, shaken over ice and strained. Mmmm, a lovely orange-y drink where the orange citrusy notes complement the Pisco rather than overpower it. The apricot adds a bit of sweet contrast to the orange, while the orange bitters give a bit more balance to the sweetness, but doesnβt diminish the orange-ness of it.
