I'm finding it harder & harder to not be vegan. I've been peskatarian for 3+ years. Cheese & eggs were really the only things holding me back, but now I'm finding even those things hard to swallow. I think it might be time...

I'm really pleased with the way my diet is going ^w^

ever since Jenna introduced me to vegan food (which is highly underrated like if people could just get over the "no meat" part i think they would be very surprised by how tasty it is) i've been slowly swinging my diet towards a loose version of vegetarianism (maybe pesketarianism would be closer idk i just love seafood okay). I still eat white meats like poultry, but im including mostly vegetables in my food intake and it's making me very happy with how my body feels to me.

it just feels so good to be putting things in my body that i KNOW, without a shadow of a doubt, haven't been tampered much with. My body feels all around lighter and healthier to me.

so yeah, i feel a shitton better these days, and that's absolutely great, especially considering how long i've felt horrible in and about my body
