🎥 GIANT MEATBALL STUFFED WITH A FRESH MOZZ BALL 😜 VOLUME UP 👆 Mom & I teamed up for this one: She threw down her awesome meatball recipe (recipe below) & I had the idea to stuff a mozz ball in the middle. It was crazy but it was also crazy good. Cool idea to make the meatball tradition a little fun. Or maybe we are just going insane during quarantine! Either way, it definitely fed our family of 5 very well! 🇮🇹😆 Meatball Recipe: Put blend of beef, pork & veal ground meat in a bowl. Add grated cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, milk, garlic powder, fresh parsley, salt & pepper. Mix by hand well. Form into your size ball (whether it’s normal size or colossal like we did) Heat olive oil in a frying pan, put meatball(s) in and sizzle until brown. The large one required a bake but for normal size it’s optional. Did you enjoy this post?
