this ones part of my (unfinished) headcanons :3

my idea is that king pest actually is tim hurlygurly.. all of them have another identity actually (i think this because if they were actually obscure royalty or like. pest spirits idk i dont think they would have such a severe reaction to the name hurlygurly)

they were once a group of actors in london but they were forced to quit when the plague started bc no one went to their shows anymore (which really got pest-ilential down)

and like to stay happy tim suggested to keep on acting so they all took on the role of royalty but theyve done it for so long they actually believe they are

i thought of (plebian) names for everyone and i decree that pest-ilential was crispin. its just so him. it even means curly haired so..

OKAY NOW FOR SOME HEADCANONS

king pest (old name tim) has incredible memory and is super good at mental arithmetic

queen pest (old name clara) has SO. MANY. TEETH, a loud ass laugh and loves cooking complicated dishes

ana-pests (old name anna) nosebleeds are lowkey life-threatening, she likes gardening and pretty flowers, and sneezes so fucking loud but she is the family member with the best shrieking!

pest-iferous (old name bartholomew) loves fashion. was judging legs and tarpaulins shoes when they broke in.

pest-ilential (old name crispin) absolutely LOVED acting and got more solemn when they had to stop (and got an alcohol addiction i guess), whenever he hears a loud sound he is stunned for a few seconds, extremely loud sounds can drive him to tears, he can move his ears and does the worst shrieking :/

tem-pest (old name theo) isn't always paralyzed, sleeps with his eyes open, and sometimes scares pest-ilential because he thinks its funny
