Walking in the garden this morning noticing there are some fresh baby rocket and basil leaves that need some extra attention 🌞

Kissed by the morning sun, ready to be picked and used in my kitchen 😉

How to make the very easy delicious pesto that's ideal for pasta dish or spread on sourdough toast👌

* nuts (activated and roasted ideal)

* greens (basil, rocket, spinach, parsley, coriander, whatever you like and have available)

* olive oil

* salt

* lemon juice and lemon zest

* garlic

* nutritional yeast or traditional Parmesan

Mix, blend, enjoy 💙😊
