i dont get why the fandom acts like zhongli being mildly exasperated with hu tao means he hates her fucking guts like...i seriously doubt zhongli would hate someone who is probably a spooky kid with a hobby of playing tricks on people. not saying he isnt capable of hate but the guy has probably met a lot of terrible people over his life and i rly doubt he thinks hu tao is up to their level of awfulness.
