Bob laughs a little to himself.  “I’m sorry, but I’m going to need to start a list of the Spider-Men I see to keep with my list of Mr. Wilsons.  Is Spider-Men the right word?  Spider-Mans?”

"Seriously, I don't even like working here. They are so weird."

Steve chuckled at the brunet in front of him and removed his suit's helmet.

"You'll get used to it pretty quickly," he offered as a sort of apology for his teammates' behavior. "Although the entire 'super squad' thing is considerably less weird - " he regarded his dirty uniform in disgust - "And less slimy when we're dealing with regular alien invasions rather than sewage goo monsters."

"Besides," he added nonchalantly, watching the newest recruit to their team with a lighthearted mirth, "I hardly think a boy with spider powers is one to call this group of misfit toys weird."
