Survived Day 1..
So just to fill you in on my first day of the gut health cleanse.... Not that this is a weight loss diet but thought I'd track my weight throughout this cleanse...... so I'm currently 69.9kg. I began this morning with a cup of ginger and honey tea and for brunch I had a huge cup of warm chicken broth... Through the working day I felt fairly normal! My stomach made a few groans protesting not having food, but other than that a pretty easy day.. For dinner time I mixed it up a little and had a warm cup of beef broth... I'm still feeling good at this stage . My stomach isn't screaming at me yet!!!😂I'm sure it will be before long! Before bed I had a honey and chamomile tea !! So far Day 1 is a success!!💯👍😁
